Private Sailfish Tour in Cancún · Catch & Release
Sailfish fishing in Cancún is one of the most spectacular sport fishing experiences in the Caribbean. Schools concentrate north of Isla Mujeres, off Isla Contoy, where sailfish chase sardines and ballyhoo on the surface in a rare natural spectacle. We practice catch & release with professional photography to ensure the species is preserved.

Best Sailfish Season in Cancún
Sailfish season runs from mid-December to mid-July. The months with the highest concentration of schools are January, February, and March, when sailfish migrate from the north and stay for several months feeding in Mexican Caribbean waters.

Catch & Release: Our Philosophy
Sailfish are a protected species and a top sport fishing trophy. On every tour we practice catch and release — we hook, photograph, and return the fish to the sea in optimal condition. This protects the fishery for future generations.
Yachts Suited for Sailfish
